The staff is friendly and responsive. The rooms are clean and well-appointed, with comfortable beds, good showers, and some with a nice view of the surrounding area.
Some rooms may have stairs, which is inconvenient for people with mobility issues.

The hotel was beautiful and modern, just like the pictures. The staff was very friendly and gave us great tips on exploring the city. The location was key, as most sites were within easy walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, with a safe and mini-fridge. The hotel also provided a phone with internet, which saved us money. The beds were so comfy and the breakfast was actually good.
Finding the hotel was a bit tricky, with no obvious signage. The check-in and check-out process was a bit disorganized, with no one at the reception at times.
